SUVIDHA MOVERS PVT. LTD. (SUVIDHA MOVERS) was incorporated in 2008 and is a 100% owned subsidiary of K.S. INTERNATIONAL.

K.S. INTERNATIONAL is Established by Mr. Kamlesh Tripathi a self-made man, a great visionary of strong values, started a single truck business in 1999 in Allahabad (U.P). From a one man in one office in 1999, the company grew steadily to a sizeable business of about INR 10 crores and three offices & 45 trucks by 2005. All the trucks attached with reputed organization like GATI, FIRSTFLIGHT, SAFEXPRESS, TNT, OMLOGISTICS AND PATEL ROADWAYS. Today, the company has a fleet of 125 trucks and also established the SUVIDHA GROUP.

Suvidha Group was founded by Mr. Kamlesh Tripathi the Managing Director of the group in 2008. Although a closely held and family owned business, the management believes in recognizing the merits of decentralization. This is initiated by delegation of authority, so as to bring the best of both the worlds together as one: i.e. family-run corporate and professionally-run corporate and strive to imbibe system-orientation and process-driven mechanism to ensure flexibility, long term relationship and core business values.
